twothousandsix

Posted on Sunday 1 January 2006 by Joshua

2006 arrived at IHOP-M with a wonderful time of worship, prayer and the breaking of bread and drinking of wine around the Lord’s table. Naturally there were a few shofar sounds… It was different with so many away at the onething conference in Kansas City, and they were definitely missed. Things get back to normal tomorrow (hopefully) now that the new year has begun. It was nice to relax over the past week and get to do some writing, reflection and planning for 2006. I always like to finish out the year looking at goals accomplished, things I did not get to do and still want to, refocusing, refiling, cleaning loose ends and generally getting things in order for the new year to start. So I have written down a few things I hope to accomplish this year, places I want to visit, etc.

On another topic… Happy birthday to my mother, Barbara, the best backward playing violinist I know. Love you Mom!
