It’s Dave Carey’s fault really. A few weeks ago he was playing a clip from this bizarre show called The Office. I laughed pretty hard when I saw the antics of Dwight K. Schrute. I watched Season 1 on my laptop, thanks to iTunes and Dave Carey and now, just a couple weeks later, I am all caught up. There were definitely some amazing moments of hilarity in this show. It is by far, the most awkward show I have ever seen. I thought Waiting for Guffman was bad, but this far surpasses the awkwardness and uncomfortability (that’s for Liz). Definitely there are some episodes worth skipping and several fast forward moments. What a weird show! Check out the official Dunder Mifflin website (for real!). Season 4 premiers on Sept. 27th 9/8 central. As a non-tv guy, why I am hooked on this is beyond me, I can only claim insanity and blame it on Dave.
Dwight Schrute: Through concentration, I can raise and lower my cholesterol at will.
Pam Beesley: Why would you wanna raise your cholesterol?
Dwight Schrute: So I can lower it.

I bet you didn’t know this about me but………that is seriously my FAVORITE show ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 It cracks me up every time… unfortunately the last time I was able to watch it a couple weeks ago I turned it off but other than that it usually is pretty hiliarious!!!!!!!!!!! I thank a certain someone from my life last year for bringing me to watching the show… it makes me laugh all the time! Dwight is my all time favorite and then Jim!!! He’s so funny doing all those tricks on Dwight…. anywho… this makes me smile having a post all for the Office!!!1 🙂 Later

I have a small grin to have led my friend Joshua to the show. Season one was funny but the other ones are supposed to be even better. I downloaded season one from iTunes and you can preview the other individual shows to check their content. I have some catching up to do to get current. Here’s to season four.
In response to my husbands comment: I heard the other seasons are supposed to be more questionable, so the office may have been a brief moment of entertainment. We’ll see…

Ang, don’t try and get hooked. it’s counterproductive to your walk with the Lord. press in to good, clean life giving shows and things, not shows you have to bleep for questionable content. our eyes and ears let in all the stains of the world..have we not all learned our lessons in this area. just say no. i love you

I hadn’t read Meredith comment until now, but sorry to say we gave up the office the other day after watching a few episodes of Season 2. It’s just not worth it…
