The Madness of March

Posted on Tuesday 21 March 2006Tuesday 21 March 2006 by Joshua

I don’t understand what all the fuss is about March Madness. People expend huge amounts of time with these elaborate brackets and bets with their eyes glued to the TV for hours, often times wildly gesticulating, yelling, and generally thinking they could play (or officiate) the game better than the guys on the screen. It’s just basketball, for heaven’s sake. So this weekend, the TV was on and I saw the score for this game… I started laughing… Brad Pitt! I had to take this picture… as this, quite obviously, was not the actor Brad Pitt. I think Robert thought I was touched by the madness of March for going on like I did, as it was probably not quite as funny to him as it was to me.

I must admitt I do love sports alot, and could watch them daily, however I am not one to bet, or go crazy over the stinkin thing. But I do love my sports. Basketball and Football are the two I could watch all the days of my life. 😀 Have a good day! >Darc-

I’m more of a football fan but I did caught up in the UCONN-UALBANY game that was on Friday. A #1 versus a #16 seed and Albany almost pulled a wild upset but lost in the last half. It was a great game for upstate NY. There was definitely alot of Great DANE Fever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have laughed so hard too if I had seen the BRAD PITT thing too Josh. Laughter is great medicine….
