The end of the month

Posted on Wednesday 19 February 2003 by Joshua

The end of the month is my last day at Grace. Wow. That is weird to think. I was talking to someone about it today. Eight years in the same place may seem like a long time, but it honestly went by so fast. I can hardly believe it has been that long. In that time I moved the office five times, and moved my house seven times. I have owned eight cars (that’s one for every year!), totalled two of them, with three significant fender benders, one speeding ticket, and one impound. I have had nine interns work for me, five different bosses over me, and had only one office that was mine alone. I have had at least six different computers and five different cameras. I have been injured by one falling bed frame (which gave me 4 stitches under my nose) on the job. I have been on the roof of almost every building on campus (with the exception of Beta, Mount Memorial, and Byers). I have not been in the tunnels though. I might have to fix that problem. I brought Blitz (Jeremy’s dog) In almost every building on campus as well. I don’t think she ever made it into the Library though. That would have been something. I can’t even begin to estimate how many forms and brochures and flyers and posters I have made… but there are at least hundreds…

Anyway… more to come on this little numerical trip down memory lane.
