The Driveway of Insanity

Posted on Wednesday 25 May 2005 by Joshua

My mom found this recently, and I was simply amazed by the insanity of this driveway. I would daresay that there is no way this person would be able to get in and out of their driveway if: 1. It snowed. 2. they had a large car – due to the extreme angle, it would get hung up. Why they would not have built the house with the garage at street level and the house above it is certainly beyond me, but I would suspect they may have trouble selling this one. I think I would tear the driveway out, turn the garage into a nice big family room and build the garage at a lower level with the roof being a nice deck for the family room.

Woah. That looks like the streets in Seattle! They destroyed a nearby cliff face to develop the streets and bring the city up from sea level (lake level). I’ll see if I can grab a picture before we leave. I think you’ll like what we’ve found in Seattle.

Yes Josh – last night was great. Good Ole’ fashioned Meeting Place style. I never seems to amaze me that the Lord breaks in as soon as we break through the singing of the songs and enter into the New Song. He’s not letting us get away with mild mannered corporate worship anymore. Now thats a Great God.
