T-Bone

I went and saw the christian rapper T-Bone in concert last night in Elkhart. I wasn’t expecting much having only heard one or two of his songs. Although he is a good rapper and amazingly fast, I still wasn’t really into his music. But about halfway through he threw down his towel and put some worship music on. Then he started preaching. Let me just say that he is an unashamed, bold, in-your-face Christian. He loves Jesus with all he is, that much was very obvious. And that was a huge thrust of what he was saying. Be willing to stand up for the one who stood up for you. Don’t be afraid to be bold about your faith and share it with anyone and everyone. It was a very motivating time, and I went away impressed by this guy I had barely heard of who is being used by God in a huge way in Hollywood. (He recently appeared in the Fighting Temptations and led a guy to Jesus on the set in front of the whole cast.) And it was an awesome time of worship, praise and encouragement.
