Tomorrow night my good friend Collette is getting married. It is going to be a real relaxed affair… but we all have to wear western attire. Collette runs the Forerunner Ranch here, and has taught me to ride in the last year or so. So it will be weird that won’t be living on the property anymore. But the cool thing is that the guy she is marrying lives in the development that borders our property. Denny, her future husband, is a really cool guy. He owns the Goshen Alley Oops Diner and also plays bass for our worship team. He’s a really gentle spirited, humble guy and I am so happy for both of them. I’ll post some pics of the wedding I am sure.
Summer has been very busy – seems like June is half over and I haven’t had time to do anything. I haven’t even ridden the Sea Doo this week! Maybe Saturday or Sunday…
Wasn’t it awesome? I especially liked the tears down Denny’s face. You could tell that he really was happy and loved Collette during the ceremony. Aint love grand? Plus, the relaxed wedding fit them so well. It’s much better than the upper crusty sorta rusty approach.
