All I have to say is that I stayed up until 2am watching this election to find that everything hinged on Ohio. I got back up at 6am to find nothing had chaned. Here it is 9:30 and still no difference. This is why we need a better system of voting. This is America, dagnabit! We expect things fastinstantquick!
As much as I want Prez. Bush to win, I would totally being doing what Senator Kerry is doing if I were him. We teach everyone that every vote counts, and since the race is this close… I say count every vote! Because it honestly might come down to just a few hundred votes in each of these states that will decide the outcome of this election. So even though I am impatient, I am willing to wait until we really know for sure even though all the statistics experts say that Bush is the victor according to how the numbers crunch. So I guess we will see how it all turns out…sometime soon?
i just wonder…if Nadar hadn’t been disqualified in Ohio, would that have taken votes away from either of the other canidates and changed this thing completely? i think everyone is just assuming that Bush will win reguardless of the other votes, but even if Kerry does happen to get all of these votes it would still end up 169-169 then it would go to the surpreme court which is mostly run by republicans and Bush would win anyways.
