We were given a beautiful new addition to the ranch on Friday. Collette is letting me name her. She is a papered horse, which is cool, but it means she has a simply abysmal name – Skip-O-Boston-Chic. Poor thing. At any rate, she is a pretty well-mannered lady, who has even been to college… So I need to come up with something befitting of her stature, temperment and overall appearance. Maybe I will call her Goldie. Or not.
*** EDIT ***
I got to ride her yesterday, and she is so nice. I decided on Bella which is Italian for beautiful and is short for Isabella, which means God’s Promise, or Consecrated to God.
I love horses, they are so beautiful…I think you should name her Casey…what do you think?lol Josh, you SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY need to change the font color of the response thread….white on Blue is HORRRIBLE…coming from such a design expert I would think two things…1) he is not as expert as I thought. 2) He is doing it on purpose, even as I have already brought it to his attention once.lol
That’s what my name means! GREAT CHOICE!!! 🙂
Bella is nice – she is a beauty. I was thinking of Oriel or Auriel which might be Latin for golden.
Another note – this is going way back to a post where you are telling all my silly stories. My hairdresser told me that when someone comes in with a ton of hairpray on, he uses…..now get this……………….. windex to cut through it. Yes Josh, windex! so I guess it is ok to use windex on your hair and it will not turn it green BUT on the other hand 409 is another story. to be continued
Goldie? I think you can do better than that. Hope you are well. I look forward to hearing the name soon. Hugs and Love, >>Darc-
