Part 2 on the house cleaning. It’s been fun seeing how it has changed since we began last Saturday. There’s still alot to do, but rumor has it that two young men will be working very hard this weekend… and it won’t be me or Robert. Today was powerwashing and mulch day. At one point, as I was sopping wet and filthy dirty from the blowback from the siding, i wiped my face and found a worm on my cheek. Fun times. Anyway, here are some more interesting and fascinating photos of our work. When we arrived this morning, we found a nice little lounge set up for us – a cool full of water, a comfy moldy, dog eaten couch and of course, an essential for a hard day… a toliet.
The Lounge: For Lawn Care Professionals Only.
BEFORE: Front of the house from the road
AFTER: Front of the house from the road, freshly powerwashed and some of the front bushes trimmed. We need to get a bush hog for the rest…
Mulch around the bushes – we even found some of the landscaping edging!
More mulch and nice clean house.
Here’s a close up of what I was washing off the house… mold and lots of cobwebs.
Hey, that’s much better. All that stuff, however was in my hair and on my clothes!
Second post on this topic: check.
So I guess by now I’m wondering who lives in the house, and how you were commissioned to do the makeover.
It looks really sharp, Josh. Great project for summertime.
WOW!!! I’m impressed again! It looks GREAT! I hope the mold and cobwebs came out! 🙂 See you later! ~Betsy
