Lake Michigan

Posted on Wednesday 16 September 2009Wednesday 16 September 2009 by Joshua

It was a beautiful evening on the shores of Lake Michigan. Big waves were rolling in. The water was amazingly warm and this made it all the more fun to jump into and enjoy the energizing wetness. I had no intention of swimming tonight. The camera was out and I was taking photos. After testing what I thought would be cold water and finding it so nice, I grabbed a spare pair of shorts out of the truck and waded on it. Being in the water brings me such happiness and joy. Though I was there by myself, I was seriously playing in the water like a kid … and it was awesome!  Enjoy some photos from the evening.

Joshua, the word “wetness” is disgusting. Beautiful photos, thank you for sharing, but a disgusting word. I thought I taught you better than that in your 5th grade English class, but apparently not. Well, keep trying. Practice makes perfect. ~Mrs. S. Weatherbee
