Last night, while standing in the kitchen, a guy I know said the following:
“She’s not a Christian. She’s a lesbian!”
Yikes. I think that might get the “ignorant remark of the week” award.

you cannot willfully be a true christian and embrace the life style of lesbianizm. if it is such an ignorant statement then i guess you wouldn’t mind being under the leadership of a gay pastor. just because you profess God doesn’t make you a christian. but if you recognize your sin and are asking for forgivness because you know you are struggling with it then that is a true believer of Christ. to many people have the mindset of “God made me this way” and they try to cater Jesus to their lifestyle. so I find this statement to be true because you cannot be a lesbian christian. and that’s a fact. not ignorance
You know I’m most opposed to that mindset and that statement, but nevertheless, this is often how non-Christians see us, too.
She’s not a Christian! She’s a liar!
She’s not a Christian! She’s a Republican/Democrat!
She’s not a Christian! She’s a hypocrite!
She’s not a Christian! She’s a psychic!
She’s not a Christian! She’s a smoker!
Just be careful what you meddle with. Associations, good or bad, often come with consequence.
Yah, I would have to agree with you on that IGNORANT PERSON! Betsy agrees as well!
