Ice coated the trees on Thursday morning causing many of them to snap and cause general chaos throughout northern Indiana. It was beautiful, but a deadly and sad beauty – all trees falling under the weight of the ice. One large branch broke and crushed one of the student’s van. Not a great way to start his day I bet.
