Happy birthday to my friend Jesse Felger who reached the ripe old age of… ummm 19? 20? something like that… today. Dude, you are getting old. This picture was taken 8 years ago when you were 11. I can’t believe I have known you since you were a pesky kid always bugging me during work, eating swiss rolls in my kitchen, and drinking Mt. Dew by the gallon.
We have had many memorable experiences over the years – from mudding in the pathfinder, to poison ivy in the meadow, the waterski days and hot tub nights, climbing up the wlfm steeple and exploring the old gatke, michigan city, chicago and cornerstone, the school projects in the office, too many photos to count, the introduction to coffee, the ever constant parental dramas and, of course, all the lazy nights driving around warsona… those were the days.
I wish you the best buddy and eat a couple of those Mickey D’s double cheeseburgers for me tonight.
