Let me just say how amazing God is. Ok, I just did. We have a problem at Voice Ministries. It’s a little thing called space. Or shall I say, the lack thereof. Each week it is a new challenge on how we are going to attempt to fit 200+ people into a room not especially designed for that at all. Needless to say, with 40 kids screaming and yelling with no where to go, the issue of space has become paramount in recent days. We have been asking God to provide us with somewhere, anywhere to move until the Eagle Village project is completed.

Well, God is faithful, and just when we needed it, he provided it supernaturally. Bob Deering [the founder of Voice] was meeting with a local pastor about a completely unrelated issue, and out of the blue, this pastor GAVE US his church. Like, “Here, I want you to have our facility.” Their board was in complete agreement with it, and they will be deeding over their 10 acres of land plus large building [which is all completely paid for] to Voice Ministries. There is a large auditorium, a huge fellowship hall, full kitchen, bathrooms, office areas, a bookstore area, like 10 classrooms, a playground and a paved parking lot! Oh believe me when I say, that as Director of Operations, I am thrilled about this. I know it is going to be a huge project to undertake because the whole place needs to be painted and cleaned up. It’s not in bad shape, just a lot of clutter and cosmetic stuff needed inside. But their people are excited and our leadership team is ready, so in a few weeks, we will be meeting there. Basically we were just given a huge gift, just at the right time. As I said… God is amazing.
