Well, it’s been a nice weekend. I spent a wonderful afternoon in St. Joseph, MI at the beach – the water was amazing and the sun was hot. Two good reasons to go to a beach. While there, we amused ourselves by throwing Pringles to Sea Gulls. They were so much like the Gulls on Finding Nemo – it was hilarious. Mine! Mine! Mine! Anyway, I was right up on them with my camera and this guy gave me a look. This picture cracks me up – it’s like he’s staring me down, challenging me to a fight. I can imagine him saying, “C’mon! You want a piece of me? I could drop you like a bag of dirt!”
The other morning I got up and pulled aside the curtain to peer out at the foot section of sky that I can see from my basement abode. Rather than sky, I saw this little guy, chilling out on my screen. He was just staring at me for a while, wondering if I’d make him a cup of coffee, I’m sure.
While we were at the beach, Robert found a dead fish that looked so delicious that he would eat it. Look at the enraptured expression on his face. He’s definitely a strange one.
It’s been awhile, but Collin, Danielle, Robert and I decided to do a little bit of mini-golfing. So off we went to the Mishawaka PuttPutt. Amazingly enough, Danielle and I tied. Collin was trying out all his pool shark bank shots and maneuvers, but to no avail. All in all, we had fun and it was a great night to be out with friends. I look extraordinarily tan in this photo. But I promise you, it is all real from mowing the grass – none of that fake bake stuff like my friend Dave. Haha!
hehe. funny stuff about the fake bake.
Fake bake, huh? Well, it’s been a while since I faked-the-bake but you my friend have earned your mowers tan. The lawn looks great!
