She was pleasant and friendly once I waded through the maze of numeric codes to reach an actual person. (Pressing the wrong options gave me “please hold whil you are transferred back to the menu” even though I had listened to the options and none of them fit my particular problem, and the double zero did not work this time.) Once I reached the human service representative, she took care of my problem quickly and efficiently.
The best part was at the end of the call:
HER: “So is there anything else i can help you with today?”
ME: “Nope, i think that covers it.”
HER: “Ok, great, so is there anything else i can help you with then?”
ME: “Uhhhh…. Nope that’s it, thanks!
HER: “Ok, have a great day and If I can help you with anything else, please call our Customer Service number!”
ME: (wanting to get off the phone now) “Thanks you have been very helpful.”
HER: Thanks, If I can help you just let me know.”
ME: “Will do, Thanks.”
HER: “You are welcome. The Customer Service number is listed at the top of the letter you received in case you need to call for help.”
ME: “Yep, I see that, thanks!”
HER: “Have a great day.”
ME: “Youtoobye.”
hahaha. thats halarious. if i were an operator, i would be her.
